Job Description: We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support our Beaconsfield location. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping our students thrive by assisting the lead teacher with various aspects of the class. This includes supervising students during activities, ensuring their safety, and aiding in the creative process as they develop stories and characters for their film projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in setting up and managing film equipment for lessons.
• Supervise and accompany students on toilet trips, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Support students with story and character development during class projects.
• Help improve the overall production quality of student films through guidance and hands-on assistance.
• Ensure all students are safe, accounted for, and actively engaged in class activities.
• Promote a positive, creative, and supportive learning environment for all students.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion for film, television, or performing arts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in a creative environment and help develop young talent.
• A commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Contract type: Part-time, self employed.
